Hava Mahal Tent

Also known as the "Palace of the Wind", the Hava Mahal tent is a great and luxuriously beautiful marquee which gives the feel of the Mughal era. The roof is made up of two layers: outer of water-repellant natural color cotton canvas; inner of jaipuri printed cotton sheeting. The walls are held up with bamboo poles topped with carved wooden pole caps. They are held up by cotton ropes and carved wooden pegs. The poles can be covered by pole covers or voile pole drapes which are held by tassels to form the sidewalls.
